Your use of the 'Addresses' is not correct! If you wish to have a group of
IP (say a class C) allowed to relay, the entry should be 'w.x.y.0' with
subnet mask of '255.255.255.0'. As you have currently set it, only 2 IP are
allowed, 127.0.0.1 and 207.247.24.244!
