The following is the case. I've got two Imaildomains lets call them mail1
and mail2. Then, for testing purposes, I've got an external one lets call it
external1. The following matrix is true:
mail1 to mail2 = okay
mail2 to mail1 = okay
mail1 to external1 = okay
mail2 to external1 = okay
external1 to external1 = okay (of course!)
external1 to mail1 = not okay: User unknown
external1 to mail2 = not okay. User unknown
When I send the external1 the message is sent succesfully (it seems) but
within a few minutes I receive the mail back:
This Message was undeliverable due to the following reason=3A
Each of the following recipients was rejected by a remote mail server=2E
The reasons given by the server are included to help you determine why
each recipient was rejected=2E
Recipient: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Reason: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>... User unknown
Please reply to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
if you feel this message to be in error=2E
As I said in my previous mail user Janno.Hordijk exists and also
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
I tested the logfiles but I cannot find any problems registrated in it.
What can I do to find out why this is happening?
