I have updated ExtractUsers for database support.  Now it can extract users
from the registry and create text files or add them directly to a database.
Other options have been added so that a "hands-free" configuraton update
can be made if one is upgrading from a registry configuration to a database
configuration.
The database option has been tested with SQL 7, but it should work with
Access as well.  If someone wants to test that, let me know the results.

Full documentation is contained within the ReadMe.txt file.  If anyone has
