I did do this.

I logged in with the username:  virusbox

and typed in the password and still didn't receive nothing.  Since I had the
rule setup globally it was accessible by all users via Web Messaging.  I
deleted the rule now since that's a no-no.  I was thinking about creating a
rule for myself only but I don't think that's going to help.

If you create a new mailbox, to read that mail for that mailbox using a POP3
mail client such as Outlook, you must log in as userID-mailboxName
Try going into Tools-Accounts-properties-Server-Account name- change userID
to
userID-mailboxName.
