Assuming this is a POP account and that you just recently set this
domain up (i.e. you are not using web mail for any other account on
this domain). The error message indicates that imail cannot find
the web mail templates (usually c:/imail/web). You will need to
update the path pointer in imail (or registry) or simply copy the
C:\IMAIL\WEB directory to the new domain directory
C:\IMAIL\<USERS>\<DOMAIN>\WEB (delete all the *.par files after
you've copied the files.
Also, there should be something in the IMail support docs about
this, try searching for "invalid" or "invalid template".
