That could be part of the problem. A mail client *should* go to
mail.hq.glenoaklumber.com first (since that has a priority of 5, versus
mail.glenoaklumber.com that has a lower priority), and then try mail.glenoaklumber.com
next. However, it is possible that there may be some mail clients that aren't smart
enough to try the second one. Or, that they see that it is private address space that
isn't accessible. Of course, if this setup has been working fine for a couple of
months, your problem probably is somewhere else.
