Vince & Mark,
When I first installed IMail this was my biggest problem and I finally won
the battle against it :-)
Here are the different things that can cause this and you can also find some
helpful information regarding this issue on the Ipswitch Knowledge Base.
1. Make sure the drive that IMail is installed on has the following
permission: System (Full Control)
2. Make sure the IMail directory has these permissions: Everyone, Creator
Owner, & System (Full Control on All)
3. Make sure you don't have a group alias that exceeds 50 users on it or a
group alias that has a sub-alias within it that equals 50 or more users
between all group aliases combined.
These are the problems that I had and by doing the steps above I solved it.

Subject: [IMail Forum] smtp32.exe stack overflow
Hi,
My Imail server keeps popping up a Dr. Watson error. Apparently
SMTP32.exe is causing a stack overflow. I'm running 6.02.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Vince
