Ryan,

I've been using Trend's VirusWall and eManager for about a year and I
couldn't be happier - well I could, but I'll get to that in a minute.

VirusWall does bi-directional scanning, anti-spam/relay, and some
content filtering if you buy the eManager option.

The only thing I don't like about VirusWall is the quarantine feature.
When it finds an infected message, it sends it to a quarantine folder
and also optionally notifies the sender, recipient, and admin what had
occured. The problem is that if you still want to send the message or
need to view it, you have to find its entry in the log file, then match
up the filename given to one in the quarantine folder. IE. No GUI for
quarantined message management.

I checked out Norton AV for Internet E-mail Gateways and WebShield
before purchasing VirusWall. NAVIEG was a pain to configure for
bi-directional, multi-domain scanning. WebShield just wouldn't run and
I wasn't in the mood to figure out why at the time.
