In using a NT DB (and IMail DB), I see that IMail does show the current
number of users (the gray box). With an external DB, one cannot set the Max
Users in IMail. To limit the number of users with an external DB, you would
have to make a restriction on the number of records that table is allowed (1
record per user plus the 'root' user).
