I guess using Server Manager can help also, but maybe it's not what you're
asking for or looking for.  Sorry...just trying to help  :-)

If you telnet to port 25 (SMTP) or port 110 (POP3), you will see something
like "(IMail v6.02 41924-2)" at the end of the line that will show up when
you connect.  The first number (41924) is the number of users that have
connected since the service last started, and the second number (2) is the
number of people currently connected (including yourself!).  I don't think
there is anything like this for the web.

You can also use the logs to see who has been connecting, and when.

I do not think there is any easy way to see who is currently connected, or
who has recently connected.
