The "filename=" does not seem to be documented anywhere that I can find -
but it does work! Thanks for the assistance. That resolves the problem of
randomly matching sequences within the attachment, for me... i am filtering
by file extention.

ARE acting properly, it's just tha they are acting on the message and the
attachments.  If, for example, you filter out any message containing "Kak",
an attachment may happen to have that sequence of characters in its
encoding.  That's why when filtering you should always be as specific as
possible (such as adding a space before/after a word).
