What the hell did we purchase a support agreement for? I figured out the
problem myself last night with the POP3, it was a simple matter of deleting
the main.uid which got corrupted and/or left open. Can you forward this to
somebody in management? The fact that it takes this long to get our POP3
mail back online, and the fact that you're seriously asking us to go through
each alias and look for 50 address is totally absurd. Go view the IMail
Forum and you have many Admins that agree 110% with me on this.

I'm also posting this to the Forum so any other admins that have this
problem can have it resolved within seconds, instead of the three days it
took.

My manager agreed that the SMTP problem you are having with CPU utilization
could, as Tanya suggested, cause the POP3 problem you are having. The CPU
utilization is most likely making the POP3 service unavailable.
Unfortunately, you have to fix the SMTP problem first to see if it fixes the
POP3 problem.
