Use IMGate for your Internet mail relay hub, and place your AV scanning 
machine behind that, and then Imail behind that.

If you even found a AV scanner that was as good at anti-spam and DNS 
validatons as postfix is, you wouldn't want to pay the price.  IMGate is 
free.  One function, one box.
