When I tried using mailall (which I am afraid to try again), there were two problems
with it. First, using NT authentication, it would only send mail to accounts that
were already active (the person had already received E-mail or used their POP3
account, which creates their directory). Second, if there was a "Reply-To" address
set up, it would send to that, rather than the local account. The result was that
only about 10% of the IMail accounts got the mail (because most accounts hadn't been
used yet), and another 10% received an unexpected E-mail at a different E-mail account
(imagine seeing a "Welcome to the IMail mail server!" message at your Hotmail account).

I'm not sure if those features/limitations are documented or not.
