This is because the Yahoo mail servers are down.  Once they come back up, the mail 
will be sent.

This is a separate issue.  It is because the user chooses to forward the message 
itself as the attachment, rather than the picture.  Most E-mail programs will forward 
a message, and include the attachments as attachments.  For example, if I send you an 
E-mail with a .JPG attachment and you forward it to someone, it will appear as an 
E-mail with a .JPG attachment.  On Yahoo, if you forward that same E-mail using the 
default setting, it will send a blank E-mail with an attachment that contains the 
original E-mail.  Only by opening *that* attachment will you see the .JPG attachment.  
It's a recursive thing.  It's a great idea to get rid of all of those "> > > > > > "'s 
you see in messages that get forwarded a lot, but it's really annoying (whether you 
use IMail or something else to read it).
