These are the only two lines that I think can give you any information. They say that
you sent the E-mail at 1:04PM, and that the IMail server received it about 6 seconds
later (although the accuracy of that time period depends on how close the time is on
the two computers).
Unfortunately, it doesn't give you any more information. If you get the headers from
an E-mail account outside the IMail server, it should have another "Received: " line
giving the time that the other mail server received it. However, if it's taking over
an hour to get all the E-mails out, you can be sure that it's going to have a time
about an hour later than when you originally sent it.
What you should look at is the IMail server logs, which can show you when it received
the E-mail, and when it sent out copies to everyone. It will also show you if there
were any errors connecting to other servers (usually 'MX connect fail'). Also, you
should check the spool directory to see if there is anything unusual in there (IE,
many more files than there are E-mails being sent).
