We have Japanese customers and they have problems reading Japanese
characters. This is what happens:
case 1. If they use a regular email program and send email to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] in Japanese and then check the mail via web messaging the
subject can't display Japanese but the body does.
case 2. write email in Japanese in web messaging send to someone, the
person can read subject in Japanese but it can't read body text in Japanese
How do we solve this?
