I would think that you didn't have to create a different folder below IMail
for that.  I would think if you create the list as normal and just setup the
list to have an administrator that happens to be one of the project managers
then it should work or make them a moderator of the list, etc.  I'm not sure
if this is clear or not but just trying to give my 2 cents worth of help
:-)

maintain their own email distribution lists (aliases)?  If I create a
distribution-list folder below Imail and allow all users to maintain
distribution list folders below that with their own lists (.lst files),
would Imail recognize them?
