Hector,
If his client supports that feature, he can make a 'local' list of email
addresses he wishes to send to, when he wishes to address his 'group'.
If you are asking if this can be done on the Server, then the answer is no,
the user would have to be an 'administrator' of some kind, to create either
Aliases or List Servers, in IMail.
