The quick fix is to restart the IMail web messaging services (IMail administrator->
localhost -> services -> IWEBMSG "STOP ALL"). I couldn't tell you what could cause
that, though (are you using SSL?).
40% does seem quite high to me. Are you running a lot of other programs (IIS, Active
Directory, SQL, anti-virus, etc) on the machine, or is it an old machine? Others here
could better comment, but to me 40% seems high.
