[IMail Forum] Web Messaging Service keeps stopping.

Hi,

I have a customer that is running I-Mail v6.0 and their Web Messaging
service keeps stopping which in turn stops them from being able to collect
their mail with a POP3 Client.  I have built four v6.0 servers recently and
haven't come across this problem before.  Does anyone have any ideas?

System = NT4 SP4
Basic config
Running a product called Andromeda, which is a Sales, Marketing and Ordering
product.
