It should be fairly seamless.  The differences that will be there (with IMail or 
otherwise) are that they will see a full lock rather than a broken lock (or whatever 
icon the browser uses for SSL), and the connection will be a bit slower (SSL has a lot 
of overhead).

That is a fluke, or an intentional setup.  IMail doesn't use basic authentication (the 
pop-up box) except for the admin tools.  If you already require the pop-up box at your 
site, then you will also need the IMail logon (unless you get around it somehow, such 
as using an ASP page to automatically log the user on like we do).

The only other issue that I have is a big one, but may be something unique to the web 
templates I have designed.  In SSL mode, often people have to try 2-4 times to delete, 
reply to, or move a message.  It happens often in SSL, never without SSL.  I have 
highly modified templates (and can't put back the original ones to test), so it could 
be something I did.  If anyone else has this problem, I'd like to know about it.
