I am running IMail v. 6.02 on Windows NT4 SP5 with a large among of
messages during the night.
When there are a lot of messages into a maildrop, the client sometimes
fails to disconnect correctly from IMail POP3.
Then, it happens often that the DELETED messages during the session
neither are truly deleted, and neither truly RESTORED.
In such cases, I obtain a maildrop looking like that:
S:+OK X1 NT-POP3 Server app1.meditrans.net (IMail 6.02 5-1)
C:USER mailbox
S:+OK welcome
C:PASS ********
S:+OK maildrop locked and ready
C:LIST
S:+OK 1490 messages (3312254 octets)

S:+OK POP3 Server saying Good-Bye
In that example, the 73 first messages were DELETED during the previous
session, but we can see that there are still 1490 messages, and I was
unable to retrieve or delete the 73 first messages.
Stopping the POP service didn't solve the problem.
And rebooting was so unuseful.
Then , can someone tell me about a solution to restore automatically the
maildrop after a bad disconnection ?
