You should be able to just make an "A record" in the DNS for each 3rd level
domain.
Point each of them to the IP of your website that you have setup in IIS.

This is off subject but you guys/gals are the best IIS resource I know of.
How do I setup IIS to accept wildcards for subdomains?
ie. I want to be able to type in http://anything.mydomain.com and have it
resolve to the same PHYSICAL folder on the server.
