The Posters List functionality is broken, according to the
IPSWITCH tech I spoke with.

I had the same need as yourself and discovered the
following workaround (mileage may vary, of course) ...

Set the listserv to allow posting by subscribers ... add all
your subscribers to the kill list for that listserv, except
the specific subscribers you want to be able to post to
the list ----- viola, it seems to work fine, however, any
subscriber on the kill list attempting to post to the listserv
will be refused with a not-so-friendly automatic response.
