[IMail Forum] How to include the style sheet file ?

I would like to customize the web template provided 
by the Imail.  Anyone knows how to include the style 
sheet file in these templates.  Using 
<link rel="STYLESHEET" type="text/css" href="abc.css">
does not seem to be working.

Neither does the <!--IMAIL.Include.abc.css--> statement.
