That doesn't work with E-mail, just pagers/beepers, if I recall correctly.

It doesn't look difficult, but it is.
I have gotten it set up, but it took some work. What I did is:
o I set IMonitor to alert me when the disk space was less than [an amount that will
always set it off]. IE, tell it to alert you when C: gets lower than 50,000,000,000
bytes. That way, you can just stop/start the service to test it.
o Go to the Windows "Services" program (in control panel or Administer menu). Select
the IMonitor one, and allow it to interact directly with the desktop (there's a KB
article on how to do this). This will have a little box pop up that at least tells
you if sending the E-mail fails.
o For the mail server to use, DO NOT USE your IMail server. Obviously, if there is a
problem, there's a good chance it won't work. So use another one. I tried setting
mine to our old E-mail server, but the mail didn't get out. Why? It didn't recognize
the "Wazzup@" E-mail address, and thought that the mail was spam. I then tried my
ISP's server, but it didn't get through, because the mail was to/from external
addresses, and it thought it was spam. Then, I tried the mail server of the E-mail
address I was sending to, and that worked.
It can be a tricky to get set up. The biggest problem for me was making sure that the
mail server I used would accept my E-mail.

P.S. Has anyone ever thought of an IMail FAQ? There are lots of questions that might
be more appropriate for a FAQ than pointing people to the KB...
