Un-check 'Disable SMTP Auth Reporting'.  Have them use a normal
e-mail client that supports SMTP Auth.  They will use their username
and password in the SMTP Authentication to send mail through the
server.

That is... if AOL is allowing outbound port 25 on their connection.
