For the IMonitor notifications, the "Gate IP" in the E-mail setup needs to have the IP 
address of the SMTP server that you are going to send the mail through.  It's best not 
to put your IMail server's IP there, in case it isn't sending mail properly (which is 
likely if you are notified about something).  You need to make sure the IP address 
there will accept E-mail coming from your domain and going to the address you enter.
