Hello to all, I am very new to this list and a new IMail user, and I have a couple of problems I am hoping someone can help with: 1- I have a domain setup for web mail, I have copied the WEB folder to the top directory for this domain and made modifications to the background, layout etc. successfully. However, I cannot get the MAILTAIL.TXT file to accept the changes. Here is the contents of this file: <html><body><a href=http://www.keviningram.com>Home Page</a></body></html> But the web HTML page still has the old line about Web Messaging from IPSwitch... etc. I even removed the original WEB folder, leaving only the one under this domains top directory, but it will not display the contents of my MAILTAIL.TXT file. Ad support is ENABLED, and I have successfully modified the Ad Support banner at the top of the screen, but can't get the bottom to change. 2- Is there an account for failed mails? We have been using EMWAC IMS which has a postmaster account that receives a copy of all failed mail so we can monitor any problems our users may be having. I can't seem to get a postmaster type account set up on IMail. I tried the ROOT account but it doesn't seem to receive a copy of failed emails. How can I set this up in IMail? Any input appreciated!
