Thanks, you're right, I needed to fill in the "Date:" field.  Also, I had to
use "CDT" to get the date to work in our time zone.

Outlook (should) be looking at the "Date: " field for the time/date stamp to
use.  The "Delivery-Date: " field is supposed to indicate the time that the
message was delivered, and shouldn't be used if you are connecting to an
SMTP server to send the message (since the message hasn't been delivered
yet).

You should either set the "Date: " field, or make sure that the software you
are using fills it in properly.  Being an hour off sets off those red flags
that there is a time zone issue on your computer (or possibly the one
receiving the message).
