SMTP deliveries are flagged with the keywords ldeliver, rdeliver, gdeliver,
ie, "local", "remote", and "gateway". I based my utlity on

Look in the Imail user guide, appendix E. Not very useful, but it seems to
be ahead of where you are.

SMPTD is the "SMTPD server" (daemon) process receiving to Imail
