no, it hasn't improved much for the hot buttons for many of us: no
automatic bounce management, no autotmatic subscribe/unsubscribe msg
exchanges, per-list customization is limited, no rfc2369 headers. ie, the
Imail list server is a good basic list server running on Imail solid SMTP
services, but it can't be compared to a full-featured dedicated list server
such as listar, lyris, etc

ipswitch has a perl program available, it's the one you see on the ipswitch
site for signing up to the ipswitch lists. Other Imail users have done
similar scripts, maybe in .asp.

pretty much, that's all it takes, but you should backup up your imail
registry and your imail and virtual hosts directories, just in case. also,
the web msging templates for 5 must be replaced with the v6 templates.
