I have written Imail literally dozens of times and they dont give an answer.
Is there something wrong with their help desk ?
Why cant they give an answer?
It is THEIR listserve. It is THEIR software,
PROBLEM:I am on the listserve for IMAIL forum (this one) -- I get 2 and 3
identical "RE" messages--- and yes they are identical( Same message, same
time sent)
Then I ask OVER and OVER again what the heck is the problem and get no
answer...
THEY IGNORE IT.
What a joke! Their software, their listserve, and SILENCE... oh I must say I
got a couple responses, like "I don't understand" "please send me back the
message with header" to which I sent back the entire messages....
SILENCE AGAIN.
So I discontinued from this listserve for a couple months.
Just got back on today.
SAME PROBLEM.
Am I the only one who gets doubles and triples of the same response????
Doesnt matter though, because IMAIL help doesnt bother to answer why I am
getting this.
