That's like blaming the company that sent you a bill, because the bill got soaked and
is unreadable. It certainly could have happened at the company, but it also is likely
it happened in the mail.
Since we don't get 2-3 copies of the mail, it is only being sent once. It is possible
that for some reason your address causes the IMail software to send out the address
multiple times. But, it is also quite possible that your mail client is reading the
mail in multiple times, too.
Logs are a wonderful thing. You should check the logs on your mail server to see what
time the message came in, and see if there are duplicate copies coming in.
