We've begun monitoring our dedicated Imail server with What's Up. We find that Imail's HTTP service is down on port 80, where down in a poll every 60 seconds, with a 5 second timeout. I'd said our machine is underpowered, but avg utilization is way under 10%. And when I enter the URL of Web Msging service into a browser, the reponse is to display our super simplified login screen is instantaneous. This is a big pb, since we just upped the notification threshold to 2 missed polls and don't get anymore sirens going off, but I'd like to understand why HTTP doesn't respond in under seconds.
