All the recent messages about RTF mail helped me find this one but I don't
have a solution: Instant Dr. Watson for Webmail for certain RTF mail
messages...one user has a whole mailbox full of them where attempting to
read any message cause an instant web messaging crash.
I'll contact Ipswitch tomorrow.
