That message means that an SMTP server along the way wouldn't accept mail for
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
That should mean that the account does not exist. However, it's possible that there
could be a relaying issue along the way (if the bounce message came from a mail system
OTHER than the MX record of externaldomain.com).
If you are on ORBS or have no reverse DNS for the mail server IP, this could possibly
cause the problem.
