Ramesh,
If you are talking about the address book from Web Messaging, it
creates a file, aliases.txt, in that users folder. Is that file
created? If not, then findout why it is not (Permissions of that
service, permissions on the directory, user permissions....)
Could try logging in as admin on that machine, run a browser and use
it to try this operation. If that works, (it should), then keep
looking for a permissions problem and for the creation of the file.
