Tom,
Been such a long time since I've seen V3.0x, that I cannot remember all the
details. But I think that was about the first implementation of IMAP for
IMail and it definitely has evolved and improved as time passed. It is
possible you are seeing the results of limitations of IMails IMAP4. Best
suggestion would be to get upgraded to the current version of IMail and see
how that performs. You can purchase a Service Agreement and that will
entitle you to the current version of IMail. Also, make sure you get V4/V5
and install them in sequence before installing V6.
If you have another computer that can be used for an IMail Server, you can
download the V6.0x evaluation version and give that a go, before investing
in the S/A. I would not recommend you install the V 6.0 eval over your V3
as too many things have changed and I could not even guess if it would be a
'succesful' upgrade. Of course, if you did this, you just turned a full
version into an eval version and it will expire (stop sending email) in 30
days.
