1. make sure they have the right hostname in their mail client for sending 
mail to SMTP server, something like: mail.3pcom.com

2. you should have, in Imail SMTP Security:Disable SMTP AUTH: unchecked

3. they should have SMTP AUTH activated in their mail pgms.

4. If you're running Imail 6, it must be 6.03 + SMTP AUTH patch.

In you log file, imail\spool\sysMMDD.txt, what do you see when they fail to 
send you mail?  it's going to be lines containing "SMTPD"
