Senthil,
IMail has no 'sync' capablities between mail servers. Maybe you mean using
the SMTP command 'ETRN' to cause your server to deliver to his.
You can have an email client setup to connect to more than one mailserver,
to show a user his mail on both.
I would suggest you have all the uses created on the customers IMail Server
and yours be setup as a 'Store and Forward' server, holding any email for
them in Queue until they come online. Check the manual and the KnowledgeBase
to get more information on configuration of your server on both 'Store and
Forward' and ETRN.
