But we've known for a long time that this "free" cr@p from MS stinks. I
think customers are more accepting today, thank you, US Govt, when being
told that Emperor Bill has no clothes, so tell them to get good non-MS
software, or pay the hidden cost of "free" software and buy full
Outlook. or have them switch to Eudora Pro 4.3.2, it's free but works.
Really, the automatic response should be: "You run OE? Sorry, from
experience, we know it doesn't work right, can't be fixed, and we don't
support it. Please call MS".
