First, you need to make sure that they are the right templates for your version of
IMail. If you are running 6.00 or above, the ones on the Ipswitch site should be fine
(but don't use the ones from 5.x).
The web doesn't have one standard, reliable way to have "persistant connections" (for
it to know from page to page who you are). IMail gets around this by using a code in
the URL, and checking the IP address. You might want to disable the IP address
checking and see if this helps ("Ignore source address in security check"). Did you
make any modifications to the templates? If you did and you were not careful, that
could cause the problem.
