[IMail Forum] User can't delete their Web Mail

We are using the Humankind templates, but I have an user that cant delete
their email.  The delete option doesnt show for this particilar user.  I
have created a new account and the delete function shows up using the
webmail templates and I can delete mail for this new account.

Any ideas on how to give the user the option to delete their mail?
