I would have your client use the SMTP server of the DSL provider to send mail and use your server for POP3 so that they can pickup mail. Otherwise make an entry for the ip address range given to him from his DSL provider in your "relay for" list. I have a new problem. One of my virtual host websites (www.speckworld.com) doesn't seem to pass outgoing mail. This customer can use the virtual mail server only if he connects to me using normal dialup. Recently he acquired a DSL line from another company and now he can receive mail but not send any. He can send mail to me or other sites we host, but not to anyone outside our realm. I had turned off mail-relay months ago to avoid all those black-lists and for security.
