As > soon as I click off the host, any changes are gone. > > I am sure it is something really stupid, but I just don't see it. > > Please assist Jeff, I had that problem on our primary domain, too... if memory serves, I believe giving the primary domain its own directory in the IMail directory, just like all the virtual domains, making sure the mailwelc.txt, mailnews.txt, and trailer.txt files were in that directory (instead of in the IMail directory), then adjusting the path to that primary web directory, solved it for us. It's definitely a path issue, though. Which domain are you having the problem on, is it a primary or virtual, and what is the path structure to it and to the .txt files? Reading the Ipswitch documentation, it's unclear (to me at least) if they expect those files to be in the domain's top directory, or in the domain's web sub-directory.
