I have a problem and was wondering if anyone could help.
We have on large domain at this college and we use NT 4.0 as our PDC and BDC.
We have just upgraded many of our classrooms and labs on campus. We put Win 2000 Pro
on many machines and we had to have them be added to the domain.
Now, after we added about 100 machines we noticed the domain was acting funny so we
told the PDC to sync. Since then, we have noticed that some of the workstations are
requesting to be a PDC or BDC in our domain.
Now, if I am correct, there is a place on a NT server and workstation that you can
turn this off, so it will not take part of requesting to be the BDC or PDC.
Does anyone know how to do this?
