That's a little vague. your mail pgm wouldn't send mail, or it sent mail
to Imail, and Imail couldn't deliver it?

ok, so at this point, the "SMTPD server" process 00240080 has accepted the
incoming mail and spooled it for delivery by some other process. 00240080
process expires, thank you.

I'm afraid I can't see any pb you need helping with. As you can see, the
debugging info is impossible to follow since debug lines do not have
date/time/pid stamps. but even there, afaics, all is tres cool.
If you're having pb's "sending mail out", the log above only shows us you
"sending mail in", and successfully.
