FIRST QUESTION:
I have imail 6.03 running with an sql 7 backend, and about 100 users, of
which maybe 1 or 2 are using the system at any pint in time (max). Deletes
seem to take forever. When move to deleted folder is used there is a 30
second delay. This makes it pretty unuseable.
SECOND QUESTION:
Often, when a delete is attempted, I get the "message order has changed"
message. I assume this means new mail has arrived. With active email, this
message shows up all the time (every 3rd time I try to delete messages.)
This is also very frustrating. What can be done about this. I hate to make
the analogy, but HOTMAIL is the standard against which Imail will be judged
and these above two issues do NOT occur with hotmail.
What can I do to stop them? Both appear to be "errors" to endusers, and I
don't want my endusers to see them.
